TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by the pop-up restaurant operated by Cansu Cantas, located at Rotwandstrasse 62, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. By making a reservation or purchasing a ticket, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation and Booking

Reservations for our pop-up restaurant events are binding once confirmed by us, either by email or through our online booking system. Reservations may require full or partial prepayment, depending on the event. All booking details, including the date, time, number of guests, and any special requests, must be accurate and communicated in advance.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices stated are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed as specified, either during the booking process or on-site, depending on the event type.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing.

Cancellations up to 3 days before the event are free of charge.

For cancellations within 3 days prior to the event, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the agreed price.

No-shows without notice will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure). In such cases, payments will be fully refunded.

5. Liability

Participation in events is at the guest's own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, unless caused by gross negligence or intent on our part.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Guests are responsible for informing us in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

7. Use of Photos and Media

By participating in our events, guests agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Personal data is used solely for handling reservations and organizing the events. Data will not be passed on to third parties without consent.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all legal relationships. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
